PineArk is a small investment company focused on purchasing, renovating & adding value to multi-family properties in the 5-20 unit range. Our target areas are in the Southeast United States such as Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and some areas in Alabama & Mississippi.
We are willing & ready to take advantage of opportunities where we can provide value in multiple ways whether it be sweat equity or capital investment. We will be sourcing, acquiring and improving single family homes in the Southeast to fund our vision of owning and improving multi-family properties as longer term investments.
